All That You Ask

You love your children and protect,
And all you do is ask
That we remember to pray and thank you, too,
Before performing our task.

We each have jobs we need to do
Throughout our lives, you know.
And we can only do these things the best
When we let your power show!

So each new morning when your wake,
Be sure to ask Him first!
So as day wears on we shall not faint,
For He's fed our hunger and quenched our thirst.
