Thank you for all you do. thank you for wearing the uniform that means freedom. thank you for suffering that miserable heat so that we at home don't have to. I wish there was more that I could say or do for you so that you can come home safely and healthy.

I'll pray for you every day - God and I have an understanding, I pray and he delivers.
Stay well.

I have experienced joy when two of my uncles came back from Viet Nam, my stepfather and now the joy my cousin was consumed with when her husband came home, hopefully to stay. I pray for those who are still there, God be with you and that you come home safely to your families. Thank you for protecting me and my family. Hero is a small word for what you do, you are indeed children of God, loving, caring and protecting. I love all of you.

We love you and miss you...and are so thankful for you.

Dear Soldier:

Although I am not from the US; I no less feel your pain, sorrow, and grief; which is caused by your inability to be with your family, friends and loved ones.

I am so ashamed to have to admit I am Canadian; for the decision to NOT stand next to you and your fellow countrymen/women; was not made by the Canadian citizen. These choices were made, in my opinion, by a group of gutless half wits who unfortunately lead this country.

I pray daily for you all, troops in all areas of this world; fighting for the right to have free speech; the right to worship as we desire; the right to read/watch/listen/and accept those things which may or may not be acceptable to the norm.

I thank our Heavenly Father for you all, your courage, strength, and determination are second to none. I pray He will intervene soon, to end this war; thus allow all of you to come home to be with your loved ones.

Love in Christ,

Sharon Lownie

Our Honorable Soldiers,
Like some of the children, I have problems understanding these same things. However, I trust in my Country and my President to do what is right! But, the most trust is in you! Each of you are in my prayers. And, I personally owe you a debt that I can not repay, as does every American! Stay safe as possible and like this says, Trust"! But, trust in God to give you the understanding and CAUTION you need in such an unforgiving place and in perilous times! I trust in you and commend you for your acts of heroism. You are ALL Hero's! YES--Each Of You!

God Bless Each Of You--ALWAYS,
Hon, Jerry "Mike" Damron

Dear Service Men And Women,
I want you to know that you are always in my prayer. I pray that you will be safely returned to your loved ones. That you will always have enough to eat and that God will keep you in His loving care. I know the pain of separation form your loved ones.
I was lucky when I served in Vietnam. I never came under fire but the separation was almost unbearable. My son was only 3 years old when I went to Vietnam and turned 4 years old while I was there. I looked every day for letters from my wife and pictures to show me how he was growing up.
Sometimes the letters came 5 or 6 at a time then now for maybe a week or 2. I would have been much more comforted if there had been e-mail then. Not knowing how things were going for my family was the hardest part of the separation. So you see I know the pain and problems you and your family are going through.
Thank you so much for taking up the fight for freedom where those of my time left off. Keep the faith and try as much as possible when obeying the orders of those over you to keep safe.

Dear Ones: May God bless and keep you safe always. Remember that you are American and everything you do reflects on you and your country. It is hardest to be away from home at the Holidays. I know, I was a civilian with the military in Taiwan for 3 years and the Holidays were the hardest.
Be with those in your platoons and units that you care for and make them your family.

We always think of the good you are all doing.
