The Master Designer

The master designer knows all things,

From the names of the flowers, to each bird that sings.

He knows when our hearts are broken and sad,

And He knows just the time to make them glad.

Sometimes we wander down never ending roads,

Our backs and hearts broken with the weight of the load.

When winters seem endless, there's suddenly spring!

Then there's a bounce in our step and our grateful hearts sing.

We'd rather the burden be short lived at best,

But the Master Designer knows when we really need rest.

Through trials and hardships the weary heart grows,

Because all in HIS time His mercies He shows.
